During October to November 2001 I did a big report about Cuba covering Havana, Santiago de Cuba and Varadero realities. I took around 2.000 images in black & white film (135 and 120 films), using a Nikon FE2 and a Fuji GSW690 II, during 2002 I was working in darkroom to get in print  copies of everything I took, finally it was to hard and to expensive to continue so I stopped.

During the recent Covid-19 pandemic I was experimenting with different edition softwares to get  optimal results in a film scanner. Finally I concluded that using a Epson Perfection V600 Photo scanner and Adobe and Phase One software I could get great results. I want to try with Luminar 4 to see what can I do.

Next year I would like to come back to Cuba, so 20 years later, most probably with a Fujifilm X-H1 camera and a Fuji GW690 III and create color content too, to sell in different medias (Micro-Stock agencies too). At the same time I would like to print a "small" book of images I did in 2001 to be presented in Havana.

I would like to stay in Cuba during 6 moths, 1 month it is not enough. I am thinking about to visit Mexico too, just because I know there is a close relationship between both countries, but the most important it is stay in Cuba to make a definitive book, the Cuba of 2001 compared to the 2021 one.

I would like receive economic support from companies like Adobe, Phase One, Luminar, Epson and Fujifilm or other companies, if it is not possible, just with the support of different people in the world, I don't know if I am going to do a crew founding or not, I think I can do it myself, I will see the best option. That's for sure that any help will be corresponded, right now I am making a limited edition of my work (print copies at DIN-A4), for 45 € worldwide shipping included and 50 €  prints with models (5 € goes to models). Even if it is marked as unlimited edition, it is a limited edition do it manually from my printer.
